House Bunny

10:50am Monday 5th January 2009

This is one of those films that will be easily dismissed without a second look but I strongly discourage you from that as Anna Faris deserves your attention, with her uncanny comic ability and unbeatable charm that leaves you rolling on the floor with laughter.

Quantum of Solace

4:14pm Monday 1st December 2008

After the heights of Casino Royale this would take something to match it…

Hot Rod

11:57am Tuesday 11th November 2008

Hot Rod tells the tale of Rod Kimble who is possibly the worlds worst stuntman you will ever see as he sets out to jump 15 school buses on his moped.

Tropic Thunder

1:51pm Friday 26th September 2008

Tropic Thunder contains everything you want and expect from a Ben Stiller film. Admittedly, it’s not as funny as Dodgeball, but it does have a stronger storyline, including subplots and some of it even works on multiple levels.

American Pie

3:48pm Monday 15th September 2008

The story follows a group of teens who plan to lose their virginity before they leave school to start college. The majority of the film is about the teen boys trying to find dates to take to the prom, some more successful than others.

Beowulf

1:56pm Friday 5th September 2008

Beowulf wasn't terrible but niether was it very good and it was only the last ten minutes that seemed to actually impress in any way as Beowulf takes on a dragon.

Wall-E

12:55pm Wednesday 27th August 2008

After the success of The Lion King, Toy Story and Cars just to name a few, it is nothing short of astonishing that Disney can go one better and create the lovable creature Wall-e.

Mamma Mia!

9:16am Saturday 23rd August 2008

This summers biggest talked about stage show come movie was finally released on a Thursday with box office takings soaring as hundreds flooded to see the musical brought to the big screen.

The Dark Knight

2:41pm Tuesday 19th August 2008

300

10:56am Monday 11th August 2008

A film based on almost entirely on the graphic novel of the same name, 300 is a truly awesome film. With incredible fight scenes, fantastic effects and rock hard heroes, the film appeals greatly to the little Spartan inside all of us.
